1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostBloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostBloom is a content repurposing tool that transforms a single piece of content into platform-specific posts for social media and email. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PostBloom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

PostBloom offers a free plan with limited usage (5 generations per month) and a paid Pro plan ($19/month) with unlimited usage and additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you input into PostBloom and the content generated by the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you input and how you use the generated output.

You represent that you have the right to use any content you input into the Service (including blog posts, videos, audio, and documents).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by PostBloom is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. PostBloom does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The PostBloom service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by PostBloom and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the Service itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

PostBloom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
