Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Content you provide: When you use PostBloom, you paste or upload content (text, URLs, audio files, PDFs) for repurposing. We process this content to generate platform-specific posts. Input content is stored temporarily for generation purposes and saved in your generation history so you can access it later.

Usage data: We track the number of generations per month to enforce plan limits. We do not track or log which specific content you generate.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the PostBloom service
• Generate repurposed content from your inputs
• Maintain your generation history
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Enforce usage limits based on your plan

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

PostBloom uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• DeepSeek — AI content generation
• Supadata — video transcript extraction and web scraping

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your content may be processed by these services as necessary to provide the PostBloom service.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and generation history are retained as long as your account is active. Audio files uploaded for transcription are deleted immediately after processing. If you delete your account, all associated data (history, templates, usage records) is permanently deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your generation history
• Opt out of non-essential communications
